Pharm Alert - July 7, 2010 Florida Administrative Weekly Today's Florida Administrative Weekly includes two items relating to pharmacy: Under Notices of Development of Proposed Rules and Negotiated Rulemaking, the Board of Pharmacy proposes a rule amendment to clarify the standards for approval of continuing education courses and providers. Under Notices of Meetings, Workshops and Public Hearings, the Board of Pharmacy announces a workshop to discuss the language for Rule 64B16-26.351.F.A.C.
